Carolantic serves its clients' needs through attentive

Carolantic uses the CCIM-recommended Skyline property
management software to manage properties and make timely
reports to its clients. In addition, NAI Carolantic has the
capacity and flexibility to utilize landlord requested
software systems compatible with the client's needs.
Administrative Management

A
licensed broker, Mr. Stoneham joined NAI Carolantic Realty,
Inc. in 2002 to assist Steve Stroud in real estate brokerage
activities. Prior to joining NAI Carolantic, Mr. Stoneham was
Manager of Finance for the Semiconductor Research Corporation
and a Tax Consultant with Price Waterhouse. A former business
owner himself, Mr. Stoneham is able to understand the needs
of investors and institutional property owners. In 2005, Mr.
Stoneham took over as the CFO of the firm is now the
Supervising Property Manager for NAI Carolantic. He is
responsible for all accounting and tax matters associated
with the firm.
Mr.
Stoneham has a B.A in Accounting from NC State University and
a degree in English from the University of North Carolina in
Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina
Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also
active in various civic and community
organizations.
Linda Davenport, RPA, Senior Property Manager

With
over twelve years in property management, Ms. Davenport
handles the day-to-day management of approximately 500,000
square feet of flex and office properties in the company's
extensive management portfolio. Her responsibilities include
building good tenant relations, supervising the physical
maintenance of the properties, maintaining cost-effective
building operations, and assisting with the timely and
detailed accounting to the landlords. She earned the Real
Property Administration (RPA) designation from the BOMI
Institute in 2007.
Ms.
Davenport served on the Board of Directors for
BOMA/Raleigh-Durham, is a member and past-president of the
Optimist Club of Raleigh, and a member of the Wake County
Association of Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms.
Davenport joined NAI Carolantic Realty in 1986, serving as
the leasing administrator from 1989 to 1997, and as executive
assistant to the Chairman, President and Secretary/Treasurer
from 1986 through 1989.
Previous professional experiences
include Property Manager of the Capital Club Building in
Downtown Raleigh; Executive Assistant to the Director of the
Downtown Raleigh Development Corporation; Director of
Research for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and the
Executive Director of the Henderson-Vance County Chamber of
Commerce. Ms. Davenport holds a North Carolina broker's
license and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English
from the University of North Carolina where she graduated
magna cum laude.
