NAI
Carolantic serves its clients' needs through attentive

NAI
Carolantic uses the CCIM-recommended Skyline property
management software to manage properties and make timely
reports to its clients. In addition, NAI Carolantic has the
capacity and flexibility to utilize landlord requested
software systems compatible with the client's needs.
Administrative Management

H. Bryant Stoneham, CPA,
Chief Financial Officer & Supervising Property

A
licensed broker, Mr. Stoneham joined NAI Carolantic Realty,
Inc. in 2002 to assist Steve Stroud in real estate brokerage
activities. Prior to joining NAI Carolantic, Mr. Stoneham was
Manager of Finance for the Semiconductor Research Corporation
and a Tax Consultant with Price Waterhouse. A former business
owner himself, Mr. Stoneham is able to understand the needs
of investors and institutional property owners. In 2005, Mr.
Stoneham took over as the CFO of the firm is now the
Supervising Property Manager for NAI Carolantic. He is
responsible for all accounting and tax matters associated
with the firm.
Mr.
Stoneham has a B.A in Accounting from NC State University and
a degree in English from the University of North Carolina in
Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina
Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also
active in various civic and community
organizations.
Andrea Fulcher, CSM,
Property Manager

Ms.
Fulcher joined the NAI Carolantic team in 1991 brining over
ten-year's experience in the commercial property management
field. At NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc, she provides
comprehensive management services for more than 1.5 million
square feet of commercial property. Ms. Fulcher is a
Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), a designation held
only be a few managers in the United States. She is also
working to complete the requirements for a Certified Property
Manager.
Ms.
Fulcher holds a North Carolina real estate license and is a
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC), Triangle Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women
(CREW), and Vice President for BOMA/Raleigh-Durham. She is
the 2002 recipient of CREW's Best Property Manager
Award.
Linda Davenport, RPA,
Property Manager

With
over twelve years in property management, Ms. Davenport
handles the day-to-day management of approximately 500,000
square feet of flex and office properties in the company's
extensive management portfolio. Her responsibilities include
building good tenant relations, supervising the physical
maintenance of the properties, maintaining cost-effective
building operations, and assisting with the timely and
detailed accounting to the landlords. She earned the Real
Property Administration (RPA) designation from the BOMI
Institute in 2007.
Ms.
Davenport served on the Board of Directors for
BOMA/Raleigh-Durham, is a member and past-president of the
Optimist Club of Raleigh, and a member of the Wake County
Association of Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms.
Davenport joined NAI Carolantic Realty in 1986, serving as
the leasing administrator from 1989 to 1997, and as executive
assistant to the Chairman, President and Secretary/Treasurer
from 1986 through 1989.
Previous professional experiences
include Property Manager of the Capital Club Building in
Downtown Raleigh; Executive Assistant to the Director of the
Downtown Raleigh Development Corporation; Director of
Research for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and the
Executive Director of the Henderson-Vance County Chamber of
Commerce. Ms. Davenport holds a North Carolina broker's
license and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English
from the University of North Carolina where she graduated
magna cum laude.
Kristina Bracy, C.P.A.,
Property Accountant

Mrs.
Bracy is NAI Carolantic's primary property management
accountant. She handles comprehensive accounting functions
for the major properties within the Company's property
management portfolio. In so doing, she works closely with the
property managers, the landlords and the tenants in order to
guarantee hands-on, professional service.
Prior to joining NAI Carolantic,
Mrs. Bracy was Monitoring Manager for the NC Partnership for
Children where she supervised a team of internal auditors
responsible for assuring financial integrity of an annual
budget in excess of $200 million. She has also worked as a
Senior Auditor with Price Waterhouse where she began her
career.
Mrs.
Bracy is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in
Business Administration from Meredith College where she
graduated cum laude.
Kristy McClure, C.P.A.,
Property Accountant

Ms.
McClure is responsible for performing a variety of accounting
and financial reporting functions for the properties under
NAI Carolantic's management, in addition to communicating
with landlords and property managers in order to facilitate a
high level of expertise in management accounting.
Prior to joining NAI Carolantic
Realty, Inc, Ms McClure worked for the North Carolina
Hospital Association as Director of Financial Services. She
began her accounting career with Deloitte & Touche.
Ms.
McClure is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S.
degree in Business and a Masters in Accounting from the
University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Dana Foreman, Administrative
Assistant

Ms.
Foreman joined NAI Carolantic in 2006 to handle
administrative accounting and human resources administration.
She works closely with the Company's CFO, Property
Accountants, and Property Managers supporting account
functions related to a varied portfolio of flex and office
space.
Prior to joining NAI Carolantic, Ms.
Foreman worked for GE Consumer Finance as a Human Resources
Specialist.
Thurman Lockamy, Property
Management Assistant

Mr.
Lockamy joined the NAI Carolantic Property Management
Division in 1994 to assist in building maintenance and
construction. Since that time, he has been promoted to
Property Management Assistant. Prior to joining NAI
Carolantic, Mr. Lockamy owned and operated his own landscape
company for several years.
