New Home for Merge LLC

Raleigh, NC – December 31, 2009 – NAI Carolantic Realty broker, Robin Roseberry Anders, SIOR represented Cherokee Holding Group in the sale of an approximately 4,000 square foot building located at 1410 Hillsborough Street to Merge LLC. Merge is a clinical trials and marketing firm to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. “Despite the bad news you hear about the economy, there are companies who are growing and expanding in our region. I’m glad we had a building that met their needs,” said Anders.

A seasoned broker, Anders is no stranger to working with medical-related firms.
