Cedar Peaks Enterprises Locates in Triangle North Franklin Business Park

RALEIGH, NC - October 31, 2017 - Cedar Peaks Enterprises recently purchased a 34,000 square foot building from Wake Electric adjacent to Triangle North Executive Airport in Franklin County. The firm will join Alliance One International, a tobacco receiving station, as the second business to locate in the Park. Cedar Peaks Enterprises’ primary business focus is airport-related asphalt paving and airfield lighting/electrical projects. They also handle asphalt production, excavation and grading as well as subbase installation and utilities. Cedar Peaks Enterprises is a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia now with over 90 employees. They will employ eight full-time employees at Triangle North and serve as the meeting point for field works and superintendents.

Triangle North is a network of four tax-advantaged business parks located in the four, north-central NC counties of Franklin, Granville, Vance and Warren.
