Special Assets Division Formed by NAI Firms in North Carolina

RALEIGH NC – March 11, 2009 – Affiliates of NAI Global in North Carolina have recently collaborated to form a Special Assets Division to assist banks, investors and lending groups in leasing, selling or managing their troubled assets. The group consists of executives from NAI BH Commercial in Asheville; NAI Southern Real Estate in Charlotte; NAI Piedmont Triad in Greensboro/Burlington; and NAI Carolantic Realty covering from the Triangle to the coast. Totaling over 200 years of experience, each firm has a history of working with clients to maximize the value of performing and underperforming assets.
