Steve Stroud with NAI Carolantic Realty Named Among ‘Top 50 Entrepreneurs in the Triangle’

RALEIGH, NC –February 26, 2010 – Steve Stroud, SIOR, Chairman of NAI Carolantic was named among the 2010 ‘Top 50 Entrepreneurs’ in the Raleigh/Durham area by Business Leader Media at an award luncheon today. The honorees were chosen based on the following criteria:

• They are owners or partners in a Triangle-area business and should be the current leader of the company;
• They are risk-takers who have demonstrated perseverance and a strong desire to be successful;
• They are innovators who have transformed the practice of business through innovative products & services;
• They have demonstrated success in raising capital and delivering superior financial results; and,
• They are active in the community by utilizing skills and/or time to promote philanthropic organizations or causes.

Stroud certainly meets the criteria. Having over 40 years in the commercial real estate business, he is one of the most highly regarded brokers in North Carolina. His success is attributable to the fact that he brings more than just an encyclopedic knowledge of commercial real estate to every negotiation; he also brings unquestionable ethics and integrity.
