Carquest Signs Lease for 23,360 Square Feet

RALEIGH, NC – January12, 2010 – NAI Carolantic Realty, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the Triangle, announced today that Carquest will lease 23,360 square feet of space at 7201 Glenwood Avenue. This will be a new location for Carquest who will use the facility for warehouse/distribution??? John Webster with NAI Carolantic represented the owner and X represented Carquest.

John has been a broker with NAI Carolantic for over eight years and has represented several notable firms including Universal Hospital Services, Miller Long Construction, Power Secure, NC Steel, Epic Games and Advanced and General Investment & Development.
