JIP, LLC Buys 50,000sf Building in Butner, NC

RALEIGH, NC – January 7, 2010 – NAI Carolantic Realty, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the Triangle, announced today that JIP, LLC purchased a 50,000 square foot building located at 4004 Estates Drive in Butner, NC. Kyle Greer and Joaquin Canals with NAI Carolantic represented Parrish & Bell, LLC, owners of the building. John Kerr with York Properties represented the buyer.

Together, Canals and Greer have over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and specialize in retail leasing and sales, as well as land and investment sales.
