Experience:
Ms. Tippett has been a licensed real estate agent since 1997 and joined NAI Carolantic in 1998. Prior to coming to NAI Carolantic, she worked for another commercial brokerage firm in the area with a focus on tenant representation. Handling brokerage and leasing, Ms. Tippett concentrates on residential and commercial land sales as well as office leasing in the Triangle area. She is currently working to obtain her CCIM designation.

• First Oakland Properties: Represented First Oakland in the purchase of office property in Cary, NC and industrial property in Mebane, NC.
