With in-depth experience throughout the Research Triangle area of North Carolina, an office leasing portfolio exceeding 1.7 million square feet, and a development land inventory of more than 170 acres, Ms. Anders was directly responsible for transactions totaling more than $125 million and exceeding 1.4 million square feet. A specialist in Class “A” office leasing, Ms. Anders provides exclusive tenant and landlord representative services to local, corporate and investment companies.
