Experience:

Mr. Stroud joined the NAI Carolantic Realty team in 2006.  He specializes in land brokerage, but also participates in retail, office and industrial leasing.  Following in his family’s tradition of supporting the community through various civic and charitable endeavors, Mr. Stroud is involved in extensive volunteer work for Community HOPE, the Entrepreneurship Education Initiative with NC State University, and his church Visio Dei.

Education:
Mr. Stroud graduated summa cum laude in economics from NC State University with multiple accolades including their Highest Scholastic Achievement Award and the College’s Outstanding Senior Award as well as memberships in Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Epsilon and the Golden Key Society.
