Experience:

Ms. Osborne joined NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc. in 1996, bringing to the company over ten years of experience in commercial real estate leasing in Wake County. Since 1989, she directed the marketing and leasing of Southport Business Park in Morrisville from basic infrastructure and one 75,000 square foot flex building to just under one million square feet of office and flex space. Other real estate experience includes three years as a broker for Linpro, a commercial real estate development company. At NAI Carolantic, Ms. Creech performs general brokerage as well as leasing both office and flex, and has transacted well over $100 million in just the last several years.
