Experience:
Mr. Stroud joined NAI Carolantic in 2005 after working with Colliers ABR, Inc. in New York as a commercial broker focusing primarily on tenant representation. With a strong background in leasing, Mr. Stroud has worked with both Landlords and Tenants to negotiate leases for office, industrial and medical facilities. When Mr. Stroud joined NAI Carolantic, he worked directly with Steve Stroud, gaining invaluable experiential knowledge of land sales. Currently Mr. Stroud is working with numerous investors and business owners locating sites for future projects.

NAI: Carolantic has been the Raleigh/Durham affiliate for NAI since 1982. This network enables us to assist clients in multi-market expansions or dispositions throughout the world.

Hart Corporation: NAI Carolantic has been the Raleigh/Durham affiliate since 1995. This network enables us to assist clients in the acquisition or disposition of rural industrial real estate in the Triangle area.

Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR): An organization of licensed commercial real estate brokers, enabling members to advance their education and knowledge of issues impacting commercial real estate on local, state and national levels.

• Roper Brothers Lumber Company: Worked with client on acquisition of a 230,000 square-foot warehouse and distribution space in Raleigh. Also represented client in leasing over 100,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in Raleigh. Continues to work with client to meet their additional leasing needs in and around Raleigh, NC.
• Glenwood South Fellowship Church: Represented client in sale of former church and land for redevelopment project located in downtown Raleigh.
• Capitol Funds, Inc.: Represented client in leasing over 45,000 square feet of warehouse space in Raleigh, NC.
• Evmoor Associates: Represented client in land disposition for retail development in Morrisville, NC.
• Hailey Heirs: Represented clients in land disposition for retail development in Morrisville, NC.
• Surgical Specialists of NC: Represented client in the sub-lease of 7,000 square feet of class A medical space in Raleigh.
• Optometric Eye Care Center: Currently working with client on specific disposition and acquisition projects in Triangle area.
