Experience:
A licensed broker, Mr. Stoneham joined NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc. in 2002 to assist Steve Stroud in real estate brokerage activities. In 2005, he was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Company. Prior to joining Carolantic, Mr. Stoneham was Manager of Finance for the Semiconductor Research Corporation and a Tax Consultant with Price Waterhouse. A former business owner himself, Mr. Stoneham is able to understand the needs of investors and institutional property owners.

• Fuller Property, Wendell, NC: Assisted in the disposition of approximately 43 acres.
• Alliance Truck Training Facility, Dunn, NC: Represented the client in the sale of 26.41 acres and a 30,000sf facility.
• ACC Park: Represented the owners of ACC Park in the sale of multiple acre lots for development.
• Wake County ABC: Represent the client in their search for land sites.
• Triangle Drive: Represented the owners in the sale of two warehouse buildings 30,000sf in Raleigh, NC
