Experience:
Mr. Tadych joined NAI Carolantic Realty in 2006 as a broker with a concentration in commercial investment and industrial brokerage. He has been involved in real estate since 1967. Throughout his career, he has specialized in various aspects of both residential and commercial real estate, from property management for shopping centers, regional malls and office buildings to ownership of an ERA franchise. Since 1971, Mr. Tadych has owned an investment company which purchases, rehabilitates, renovates, rents and resells properties in the suburban Cleveland Market. He is currently an investor in various office and industrial buildings throughout North Carolina.

Cleveland Rocks Program: Instrumental in establishing a property renovation program for mentoring at-risk teens.

Professional Accomplishments:
Manor Realty: ERA Franchise purchased in 1975 and sold in 1995. Developed from a one office, 15 agent operation to 4 offices with more than 250 agents.

Hatco Properties Company: Founded in 1975 to renovate investment properties in suburban Cleveland.

Bishop Realty: Started a syndication company to coordinate Bishop Realty's twelve-office residential brokerage firm.

FCE Management Company: Managed 15 regional malls, 20 strip centers and 10 office buildings in 5 states.
