Cedar Peaks Enterprises Locates in Triangle North Franklin Business Park

Cedar Peaks Enterprises recently purchased a 34,000 square foot building from Wake Electric adjacent to Triangle North Executive Airport in Franklin County. The firm will join Alliance One International, a tobacco receiving station, as the second business to locate in the Park. Cedar Peaks Enterprises' primary business focus is airport-related asphalt paving and airfield lighting/electrical projects. They also handle asphalt production, excavation and grading as well as subbase installation and utilities. Cedar Peaks Enterprises is a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia now with over 90 employees. They will employ eight full-time employees at Triangle North and serve as the meeting point for field works and superintendents. ABB North American Headquarters Building Sold to Local Investor

The 305 Gregson Drive building located in Cary, NC was recently purchased by an investor for $13.174 million. The 62,000 square foot Class A office building is 100% leased to ABB, one of the world's leading providers of transmission and distribution equipment for the power grid and renewable energy sources, including grid modernization (the "smart grid").
